Job summary

TAM Residential is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician in Dallas to oversee maintenance operations, perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and emergency responses. The role requires hands-on expertise and strong leadership to keep apartments, amenities, and common areas safe and welcoming.

You will train staff, coordinate with the Community Manager, and ensure safety standards while maintaining schedules and responding to resident service requests promptly.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification is required.
• CPO certification is required.
• Previous experience in apartment maintenance is required.
• Familiarity with property management operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and respond to resident requests.
• Perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and emergency responses.
• Train maintenance staff and porters.
• Ensure safety standards and compliance across the property.
• Inspect vacant apartments and prepare move-ins.
• Travel to other TAM communities as needed.
