Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record if required to use a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and perform repairs.
• Respond to resident and property emergencies.
• Inspect and maintain property systems and areas.

Skills

Knowledge of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical

Ability to read technical manuals

Proficiency using hand tools and power tools

Ability to work independently

Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs

Basic computer skills

Ability to lead and train staff

Ability to assess maintenance issues

Ability to communicate clearly

Education

Previous experience in apartment maintenance
