Job summary

MAA Chase Gayton is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team across the assigned community, ensuring all facilities and apartment homes are in top working order. You will coordinate repairs, respond promptly to service requests, and work to keep units market-ready while maintaining property appearances that meet MAA standards.

You may participate in hiring, training, and developing staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3–5 years in multifamily property maintenance or related fields.
• HVAC experience required; EPA Type II or EPA Universal license required.
• Valid driver’s license from the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the maintenance team to repair and maintain property facilities and apartments.
• Respond promptly and courteously to service requests and maintain market-ready apartments.
• Ensure property appearance meets or exceeds standards and assist with hiring/training staff.
