Job summary

MAA Vale seeks an experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team across multifamily properties. You will ensure repairs, timely service, and market-ready apartments while maintaining standards for the community.

Responsibilities include supervising maintenance staff, assisting with hiring and training, and coordinating between property management and residents to deliver exceptional service. A valid HVAC background is required.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience required.
• EPA Type II or EPA Universal license required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• One to three years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the maintenance team to repair and maintain property facilities and apartment units.
• Provide prompt and courteous responses to service requests.
• Ensure a supply of market-ready apartments to meet leasing demand.
• Maintain property appearance to meet or exceed standards.
• Assist with hiring, training and development of maintenance staff such as painters or landscaping.
