Brookside Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for Arcadia Creekside in Chattanooga, TN. You will lead day-to-day maintenance, oversee unit turns, and ensure safety, quality, and resident satisfaction across the property.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily maintenance experience, supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all maintenance operations for buildings, grounds, and amenities.
• Manage unit turns, preventative maintenance, and service requests with efficiency.
• Supervise, train, and motivate maintenance team members; set expectations and monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, Fair Housing, and safety standards.
• Coordinate vendors, manage inventory, and assist with maintenance budgeting.
• Maintain pool operations and chemical safety standards; participate in on-call rotation.
