Arcadia Creekside in Chattanooga, TN is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations, ensuring a safe, well-maintained, resident-focused community. The role offers bonus opportunities and career growth within a professionally managed apartment community.

The position requires 3+ years in multifamily maintenance, strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs, plus a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily maintenance experience (supervisory experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs
• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and basic maintenance tools

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all maintenance operations for buildings, grounds, and amenities
• Manage unit turns, preventative maintenance, and service requests with efficiency
• Supervise, train, and motivate maintenance team members
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, Fair Housing, and safety standards
• Coordinate vendors, manage inventory, and assist with maintenance budgeting
• Maintain pool operations and chemical safety standards
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies

What You’ll Do
