Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Leasing Manager for a multifamily community in the Denver area. This role trains onsite leasing staff, directs sales efforts, and ensures exceptional service to residents and vendors.

You will manage marketing, advertising, and daily leasing activities while coordinating with the Property Manager. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of leasing or property management experience, a valid real estate license as required by state regulations, and excellent communication

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience preferred in property leasing or management.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred and real estate license as required by state regulations.
• Strong communication, organization, and auditing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing and renewal processes to company standards.
• Explain lease details to residents and maintain records.
• Develop marketing plans and leasing strategies with the Property Manager.
• Train and develop leasing staff and monitor performance.
• Prepare and review leasing reports and budgets.
• Maintain resident communication and handle issues promptly.
