Cushman & Wakefield in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a Leasing Manager, Multifamily (Affordable) to train and oversee onsite leasing, direct the sales efforts of an apartment community, and actively market vacancies. This role requires strong communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration with residents, vendors, and managers.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of related experience, 1+ years in management, and a valid real estate license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• 1+ years of Management experience.
• Possess a valid real estate license as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Complete lease/renewal paperwork to company standards.
• Explain lease information to residents and enter data into tracking system.
• Walk units prior to showing and occupancy; audit lease files.
• Submit leasing reports; track advertising and client traffic.
• Train and develop leasing personnel; maintain marketing plans and incentives.
• Maintain communications with residents and applicants; follow-up on issues.
• Monitor MTM leases and ensure compliance; assist with revenue management calls.
