Job summary

Roundhouse in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead multifamily field operations from groundbreaking to final walk. You will manage the onsite team, coordinate with management and subcontractors, and ensure work is safe, efficient, and aligned with design intent.

In this role you’ll drive schedules, enforce safety standards, and uphold quality across projects. The position is full-time with competitive pay and strong benefits, reflecting Roundhouse’s focus on excellence

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree a plus.
• 5+ years as a Construction Superintendent in multifamily or similar.
• OSHA 30-Hour certification mandatory.
• Experience leading field operations on large multifamily projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and building codes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills; ability to read plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all field operations, coordinating labor, materials, and equipment.
• Lead foremen, subcontractors, and onsite personnel to stay productive.
• Maintain tight communication between field staff and project management.
• Build and monitor master schedules and look-aheads to meet milestones.
• Enforce OSHA safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Manage procurement planning and material logistics for timely delivery.
• Grow and maintain subcontractor networks for cost and quality benefits.
• Resolve field challenges with effective on-the-ground problem-solving.
