Job summary

Roundhouse is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee multifamily residential projects in the Boise/Meridian, ID area. The role covers all phases from pre-construction planning to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality results.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of experience in multifamily construction, strong leadership, and proficiency with Procore, MS Project, Primavera or Smartsheet. This is a full-time on-site role in Meridian, ID.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in multifamily or similar construction project management.
• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, Primavera, Smartsheet).
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, codes, and safety regulations.
• Ability to travel to Boise area job sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of multifamily construction projects including timelines, budgets and work plans.
• Lead a project team of contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers and other professionals.
• Prepare, track, and manage project budgets; approve and track change orders and invoices.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and adjust timelines as needed to accommodate changes.
• Ensure construction activities comply with safety regulations, quality standards and codes.
