Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor housekeeping staff across all Argus Community locations.
• Establish real-time communication to alert Facilities Management of staffing call-outs and coverage plans.
• Coordinate daily shift assignments and roving teams to ensure coverage for office and residential sites.
• Conduct regular 1-on-1 supervision and performance evaluations; address attendance issues.
• Facilitate training on sanitation techniques, equipment use, and professional conduct.
• Maintain compliance with NYC DOHMH, OASAS, and OMH hygiene standards.
• Develop cleaning schedules for high-traffic areas and maintain safety records.
