You will own end-to-end development programs, balancing speed, cost, and technical requirements while leading diverse teams to deliver high-quality, scalable sites for thousands of EVs. This role blends strategy, operations, and hands-on execution in a dynamic, growth-focused setting.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in real estate or technical infrastructure development.
• 7–10 years domain experience in EV charging, electrical infrastructure, data centers, industrial facilities, logistics, energy, or high-power development.
• 5–7 years managing teams or leading cross-functional project groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of EV infrastructure development projects: site selection, acquisitions, design, permitting, construction, utilities coordination, commissioning, launch.
