Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Superintendent for a multi-family project to oversee field direction, safety, schedule and budget compliance. The role requires coordinating with the Project Manager and subs to deliver a high-quality project on time and within cost targets.

The ideal candidate has multi-family construction experience, Bluebeam proficiency, and OSHA/First Aid certifications, with a willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience building multi-family housing.
• Bluebeam experience required.
• Experience with material lead time tracking required.
• 10-Hour OSHA Construction Certification.
• CPR and First Aid Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct and coordinate day-to-day field activities of the project.
• Coordinate materials with field and design requirements.
• Work with the project team to deliver a quality project on time and on budget.
• Execute project cost control and implement the project schedule.
• Ensure the safety policies are followed and the jobsite is secure.
• Train, mentor and educate FE’s and Assistant Superintendents.
