Job summary

H. T. PROF Group is seeking a Project Superintendent in Cincinnati, OH, responsible for daily coordination to keep projects safe, on budget and on schedule. You will partner with the Project Manager to align planning, scheduling and quality with customer expectations.

Responsibilities include leading field activities, coordinating with subs, managing materials, and maintaining documents and safety compliance on site.

Qualifications

• Experience building multi-family housing preferred.
• Bluebeam experience required.
• Experience with material lead time tracking required.
• OSHA 10-hour construction certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct and coordinate day-to-day field activities of the project, including subcontractor management.
• Coordinate materials with field and design requirements to meet schedule and budget.
• Work with the project team to deliver a quality project on time and on budget.
• Understand and implement the project cost control and schedule.
