Job summary

Lockwood-Management- is seeking a Superintendent in Southfield, MI to coordinate and supervise field work performed by subcontractors and vendors on high-density residential and mixed-use projects. You will work with the Project Manager and team to ensure timely and safe completion, with emphasis on quality and adherence to schedule.

The role requires strong leadership, familiarity with ProCore and Microsoft Project, and at least 3 years in multi-family construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent (required).
• Five years of superintendent experience preferred; minimum 3 years in multi-family construction.
• Proficiency with ProCore; familiarity with Microsoft Project, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise field work performed by subcontractors and vendors.
• Schedule inspections and testing with building officials and inspectors.
• Review subcontractor/vendor payments and closeout change events in ProCore within 30 days.
• Prepare and manage punch lists, safety meetings, and project documentation.
