Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in multi-family construction.
• General computer knowledge.
• Blueprint reading.
• Endurance and ability to visit entire job site, including stairs or other elevated structures.
• Monitoring jobsite general health and safety.
• Professional / customer service attitude and appearance.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management and problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction site operations from planning to completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials and equipment to meet specs, on schedule and within budget.
• Ensure job site safety (OSHA 10 minimum recommended).
• Maintain documentation and records.
• Schedule quality control checks and coordinate inspections.
• Identify conflicts in progress and communicate to project team for resolution.
• Walk units daily to monitor activities and plan future work.
• Keep the site clean and organized at all times.
• Perform punch-list identification and completion.
