H. T. PROF Group in Grand Junction, CO is seeking a Field Superintendent for ground-up, commercial multi-family projects in the Eagle Valley/Grand Junction area.

The role will involve supervising a segment of a field construction project to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and adherence to quality specifications. You will refine site planning, coordinate subcontractors, manage safety programs, monitor CPM progress, and document project performance, including QA/QC, RFI, submittals, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of ground-up commercial/multi-family construction experience.
• Experience with Procore and scheduling software (MS Project / P6) is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Refine and implement site planning, logistics and procedures for the execution of the works.
• Coordinate and schedule the work of subcontractors and manage on-site teams.
• Monitor CPM progress and coordinate with the overall project schedule.
• Enforce the project safety program and ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
• Maintain on-site records including drawings, submittals and As-Built drawings.
• Assist with RFI process, submittals and closeout activities in coordination with PM/PE.
• Document project performance and maintain a deficiencies/QA-QC log.
• Prepare daily reports: time cards, inspections, photographs, meetings, and notices.
