Zaddy Solutions in the Grand Junction area is seeking a Field Superintendent for commercial multi-family ground-up projects. You will supervise field operations, plan activities, and drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery on site.

Responsibilities include refining site logistics, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining on-site records, and supporting RFI and submittal processes. Procore and scheduling software like MS Project or Primavera P6 are highly valued assets.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of ground-up commercial/multi-family construction experience.
• Experience with Procore and scheduling tools (MS Project or Primavera P6) highly desired.

Responsabilidades

• Refine and implement site planning, logistics and procedures for execution of works.
• Execute survey and layout; verify the work of others.
• Monitor CPM progress schedule and coordinate with the overall schedule.
• Enforce safety program per company policy and applicable codes.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors.
• Maintain on-site records, submittals, and As-Built drawings.
• Assist with RFI process and submittal reviews as coordinated with PM/PE.
