Job summary

Accounting Search is seeking a Field Superintendent for the Eagle Valley/Grand Junction area. You will supervise field construction on a ground-up commercial/multi-family project, ensuring schedule adherence, safety, and quality. Coordinate subcontractors, manage RFIs/submittals, and maintain daily progress documentation.

The role requires 4+ years in similar construction, with Procore and MS Project/P6 experience. Bachelor’s in CM or Engineering preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or Engineering preferred but not required.
• Minimum 4 years of ground-up commercial/multi-family construction experience.
• Experience with Procore and scheduling software (MS Project/P6) highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field construction activities on a ground-up commercial/multi-family project.
• Plan, organize, and schedule work to meet deadlines and budget.
• Refine site logistics, coordinates with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Maintain and enforce safety program and compliance with codes.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, and QA/QC inspections with PM/PE.
• Prepare daily reports including time cards and safety inspections.
• Assist with project closeout and documentation.
