Job summary

Stellantis seeks a Multi-Domain Simulation Lead within the VSIM - STLASim Core Tool Development team to drive the co-simulation of MATLAB/Simulink, GT-Power, AMESim and other models for vehicle and powertrain evaluation. You will lead integration efforts and define architectures that enable scalable, reusable simulations across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical/controls/systems engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in system-level or multi-domain simulation for complex engineered systems.
• Strong MATLAB/Simulink development, integration, and debugging experience.
• Experience with co-simulation and tool integration across multiple simulation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and integration of system-level, multi-domain simulation models for vehicle and powertrain behavior.
• Own integration and co-simulation of GT-Power, AMESim with MATLAB/Simulink.
• Design co-simulation architectures and interfaces for robust data exchange and synchronization.
• Define model architectures, shared libraries, and integration standards for scalability.
• Plan and coordinate thermal, driveability, and durability activities across teams.
• Provide technical guidance and direct development involvement when needed.
• Act as primary authority for cross-domain model behavior and issue resolution.
• Define validation and correlation strategies for robust co-simulated results.
• Support internal users by triaging and resolving system-level/co-simulation issues.
• Drive continuous improvement of model robustness, performance, and complexity management.
