Job summary

Stellantis Financial Services seeks a Multi-Domain Simulation Lead to drive system-level co-simulation across vehicle and powertrain domains. The role centers on integrating MATLAB/Simulink with GT-Power and AMESim, defining architectures, and ensuring robust, scalable models for cross-program use.

You will lead technical activities, set integration standards, and guide teams through complex multi-domain challenges to accelerate virtual engineering before prototypes exist.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in system-level or multi-domain simulation.
• Experience with MATLAB/Simulink development and debugging of large models.
• Experience coordinating model integration across multiple tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and integration of multi-domain simulation models (vehicle and powertrain).
• Oversee co-simulation of MATLAB/Simulink with GT-Power and AMESim models.
• Define architectures and interfaces for cross-domain model data exchange and execution.
• Govern model architectures, shared libraries, and integration standards for scalability.
• Plan and coordinate thermal, driveability, and durability activities across teams.
• Provide technical guidance and review for complex co-simulation issues.
• Diagnose cross-domain model behavior between engine, transmission, electric machine, battery, and thermal systems.
• Define validation and correlation strategies for robust co-simulated results.
• Support internal users by triaging and resolving system-level co-simulation issues.
• Drive continuous improvement of model robustness and computational performance.
