Job summary

Cherokee Millwright, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Craft Pipefitter Foreman in Maryville to lead field crews across millwright, pipefitting, welding, and related trades.

The role focuses on hands-on work with oversight of fabrication and piping assembly, with opportunities to expand into additional crafts as needed. Ideal candidates will have five or more years of foreman experience, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate diverse trade tasks in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 5+ years foreman experience.
• Cross-trained in multiple trades to support site needs.
• Strong supervisory and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily work assignments for a crew of 1–12.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and mentor workers.
• Ensure safety and compliance at all times on site.
• Coordinate material, tools, and Equipment requirements.
• Train staff on safety and equipment use as needed.
• Oversee fabrication and assembly tasks related to piping.
