Job summary

Corewell Health’s MRI department in Royal Oak seeks a supervisor to oversee daily floor operations, monitor quality, and coordinate education. The role tracks patient and staff satisfaction, identifies improvement opportunities, and directs MRI staff to maximize efficiency.

You may also lead select projects and assist with payroll duties. Qualified candidates have 5+ years MRI experience, JRCERT radiography education, and required MRI certifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a JRCERT-accredited radiography program with an associate degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant MRI technologist experience.
• MRI certification required (ARRT or ARMRIT) upon hire.
• BLS certification required (AHA or ARC) upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day floor operations within the MRI modality and monitor quality.
• Coordinate education opportunities during operations and monitor satisfaction trends.
• Assign and monitor the work of MRI technologists to optimize quality and efficiency.
• Assist manager with payroll duties as assigned.
• May lead special projects assigned by leadership.
