Job summary

Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital in Royal Oak, MI seeks an MRI Technologist to manage day-to-day MRI operations, ensure image quality, and support education initiatives.

You will supervise MRI staff, coordinate workflow, and collaborate with leadership on process improvements. This full-time role requires an associate degree, MRI certification, and at least five years of experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in radiologic technology from a JRCERT-accredited program.
• Minimum 5 years of MRI technologist experience.
• ARRT MRI Certification required upon hire.
• ARMRIT Certification required upon hire.
• BLS certification required upon hire or upon eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day floor operations within the modality, monitors quality and coordinates education opportunities during these operations.
• Assigns and monitors the work of MRI technologists to optimize quality and efficiency.
• Assists manager with payroll duties as assigned.
• May lead special projects assigned by leadership.
