Job summary

Brown University Health is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to perform advanced MR procedures and serve as a lead resource for technologists and students. You will contribute to policy interpretation, safety, and clinic operations while maintaining patient records and efficiency.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, supervising on-the-job training, and performing administrative tasks to support Radiology workflow in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Requires thorough knowledge of specialized MRI technology.
• Must be ARRT or ARMRIT registered and CPR certified.
• Strong interpersonal skills for interactions with patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures using advanced techniques.
• Instruct Radiology students and staff in clinical procedures.
• Provide clerical tasks such as inventory, data collection, and equipment checks.
• Coordinate and supervise technologists; assist in safety and QA reviews.
