Job summary

Winterberry Gardens is seeking an experienced Mowing Foreman to lead a small crew servicing residential and commercial properties. This full-time role offers 40+ hours per week with consistent work through the season.

You will lead 1–2 team members, operate walking and riding mowers, and ensure high-quality mowing, weed control, and cleanups across multiple sites while maintaining safety and efficiency. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of landscaping/mowing experience.
• Previous crew leadership experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong communication and reliability.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a crew of 1–2 team members.
• Operate commercial mowing equipment (60” riders, 52” walk-behind mowers).
• Ensure high-quality work: mowing, weed control, and cleanups.
• Maintain safety standards and efficiency on all job sites.
• Drive truck and trailer to and from job sites.
