Armada Staffing Group is seeking a Lead Landscaping Crew Supervisor in Ohio. You will lead a landscaping crew in the field, oversee maintenance, and ensure work meets quality standards while keeping daily progress on schedule and reporting to management.

You will train crew members, read work orders and community maps, assign tasks, monitor productivity, and maintain tools. Expect outdoor work year-round and potential snow removal duties; 3–5 years' landscape experience and a valid driver’s

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Able to pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist with mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, mulching, weeding, and site cleanup.
• Assign daily tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure work follows project specifications.
• Read work orders and community maps, and follow supervisor instructions.
• Train crew members in landscaping techniques, equipment use, and safe work practices.
• Maintain tools and equipment, track time and labor or material usage, and update management on job progress.
• Communicate professionally with clients and respond to concerns or elevate them as needed.
• Support seasonal snow removal, which may require morning or evening work any day of the week.

• Skilled in mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, mulching, weeding, and operating landscaping tools and equipment.
• Able to read basic plans and follow instructions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with reliable and punctual work habits.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to perform outdoor physical work in varied weather, including lifting, bending, and kneeling.
• Small equipment experience, basic pesticide or fertilization knowledge, and English/Spanish bilingual skills are preferred.
