Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of landscaping/mowing experience.
• Previous crew leadership experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a crew of 1–2 team members.
• Operate commercial mowing equipment (60” riders, 52” walk-behind mowers).
• Ensure high-quality work: mowing, weed control, and cleanups.
• Maintain safety standards and efficiency on all job sites.
• Drive truck and trailer to and from job sites.
