Job summary

Galecki Landscaping LLC in Newington, CT is seeking a hands-on Landscape Team Leader to take charge of jobsites, drive safety, and elevate team performance.

This role offers $22.00–$25.00 per hour, Monday–Friday, 40+ hours, with annual performance raises; winter on-call snow removal duties are part of the position.

You will work with top-tier equipment, manage daily reports, and lead by example to deliver high-quality landscapes.

Qualifications

• Leadership drive with ownership of job quality and safety on site.
• Valid driver's license and DOT Medical Card; ability to back-heavy trucks and trailers.
• Minimum 18 months landscaping experience; proficient with zero-turn mowers and landscape tools.
• Ability to accurately fill short daily job reports and perform final quality checks.
