Qualifications

• Experience in managing large mouse colonies and genotyping.
• Experience with cell culture, PCR/qPCR/ddPCR, flow cytometry, and animal techniques.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain mouse colonies and models for NIH projects.
• Assist with experiments and lead independent research aligned with NIH goals.
• Genotype mouse colonies and prepare animals for experimentation.
• Maintain lab databases and support data analysis for publications.
