Guidepost Montessori is seeking a Lead Infant Guide in Pennsylvania to lead a mixed-age infant classroom (ages 0–3) within a Montessori environment designed to support natural development. You’ll observe children, plan developmentally appropriate activities, and partner with families to nurture independence, curiosity, and confidence in young learners.

You’ll collaborate with a classroom team to create a calm, respectful community and continuously grow with the brand’s Montessori philosophy,

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a group care setting with children 0–3 years
• Alignment with child-led educational philosophies (Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or similar)
• Fully sponsored Montessori certification pathway or prior Montessori diploma
• Bachelor’s degree in any field with relevant credits

• Observe each child to support physical, emotional, and cognitive development
• Respect each child’s natural rhythms for sleeping, eating, and toileting
• Prepare and maintain an orderly environment that fosters trust, movement, and exploration
• Encourage independence by guiding children in self-care and daily activities
• Build warm relationships with children and families, partnering with parents
• Lead and collaborate with classroom team to create a strong, respectful community
• Support Montessori-friendly classroom design and materials placement for development
