Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• ECE or Child Development credits are required.
• Fully sponsored Montessori certification offered.
• Experience with children aged 0–3 in group care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observe each child to support physical, emotional, and cognitive development
• Respect and follow each child’s natural rhythms for sleeping, eating, and toileting
• Prepare and maintain an orderly environment that fosters trust, movement, and exploration
• Support independence by encouraging children to participate in care activities
• Build warm relationships with children and families
• Partner with parents to support growth and development
• Lead and collaborate with classroom team to create a respectful community
