You will observe children, prepare the environment, support family partnerships, and collaborate with the classroom team to foster trust and exploration.

Qualifications

• Montessori education philosophy alignment is preferred.
• Experience with children ages 0–3 in a group care setting preferred.
• Ability to observe, support, and document child development and progress.
• Commitment to fostering independence, exploration, and movement.

Responsibilities

• Observe each child to understand and support their development.
• Prepare and maintain an orderly environment that fosters trust and exploration.
• Support independence by encouraging children to participate in care activities.
• Build warm relationships with children and families and partner with parents.
• Lead and collaborate with classroom team members to support a respectful community.

Education

Montessori certification
