Job summary

Guidepost Montessori is seeking a Lead Infant Guide to create a calm, nurturing Montessori environment for infants aged 0–3. You will lead a mixed-age infant classroom and tailor activities to support each child’s natural development, independence, and confidence.

Responsibilities include observing children, maintaining an orderly space, and partnering with families while providing individualized care to foster trust and growth. Excellent opportunities for Montessori training are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with children ages 0–3 in a group care setting.
• Interest in pursuing fully sponsored Montessori certification through our institute.
• Alignment with child-led educational philosophies (Montessori).

Responsibilities

• Observe each child to support physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Prepare and maintain an orderly environment that promotes independence and exploration.
• Build warm relationships with children and families and collaborate with classroom teammates.
• Lead the infant classroom and partner with parents to support growth and development.

Skills

Experience with 0-3

Montessori certification interest

Education

ECE or Child Development credits

Bachelor’s degree in Child related field
