Job summary

Montessori Unlimited in Irvine, CA, seeks a Montessori Certified Guide to implement the authentic Montessori curriculum, guide mixed-age classrooms, and foster independent thinking.

You will observe, assess, and plan for children, communicate with families, participate in ongoing professional development, and adhere to licensing and company standards. Competitive compensation with bi-weekly pay, health insurance, 401K, and tuition assistance are offered; Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Credentials as a Montessori educator from an accredited training program (MACTE preferred).
• Experience in a licensed child care center or Montessori school; lead teacher experience preferred.
• Met state requirements for education; additional school requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Share authentic Montessori experience: implement the Montessori curriculum and facilitate engaging interactive learning experiences.
• Follow licensing guidelines, school, and company standards to ensure daily care of every child.
• Develop your ability to observe, assess, and plan for children, and effectively communicate with families.
• Complete ongoing professional development on Montessori pedagogy and early childhood topics.
