Job summary

A High School Diploma or GED is required, and this role works the 12-hour B shift from 5:30 PM to 6:00 AM.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement is a High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate molds, molding machines, and auxiliary equipment.
• Monitor processes and product quality; troubleshoot and adjust settings.
• Maintain documentation of changes, machine adjustments, and production activity.
• Assist with mold repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards using specifications and blueprints.
• Train operators and collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams.
• Communicate shift performance and downtime for smooth handoffs.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment per BD safety regulations.
• Support additional production and team needs as required.
