Qualifications

• At least three years of relevant molding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote cooperation among shifts, tool room, quality control, and management to meet production goals.
• Work with the Department Manager, operators, and scheduler to assign jobs and meet demand.
• Train and assist machine operators.
• Establish proper molding conditions including safety requirements.
• Eliminate production of defective parts and products.
• Ensure production rate aligns with delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with maintenance to repair equipment issues.
