Job summary

Pinnacle Partners is recruiting for direct hire Process Technicians on 2nd and 3rd shift in Edinburgh, IN. You will support injection molding operations, perform mold changes, and troubleshoot equipment to maintain smooth production.

Tier I–III roles require hands-on processing, basic electrical/mechanical repair skills, and a willingness to mentor others. Eligible candidates should be able to work 2nd or 3rd shifts with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Hands-on plastic injection molding processing experience is required.
• Experience performing mold changes, machine startups, and shutdowns.
• Mechanical troubleshooting with basic electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of the complete injection molding process from pellet to finished part.
• Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift schedules.

Responsibilities

• Learn injection molding operation, setup, and processing fundamentals.
• Assist with mold changes, startups, shutdowns, and purging between runs.
• Support senior technicians while developing processing knowledge.
• Troubleshoot molding presses and maintain production processes.
• Perform basic electrical and minor mechanical repairs.
• Lead advanced troubleshooting and mentor junior technicians.
