• Advanced troubleshooting and hands-on capability on mechanical and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Mold maintenance and repair including teardowns, diagnostics, corrective repairs, machining/welding, and hot runner support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve molding/process issues to ensure consistent part quality.
• Collaborate with engineering on corrective actions and mold improvement projects while mentoring technicians.
