Job summary

Easypak is seeking a skilled Mold Maintenance/Lead Technician to ensure safe operation of tooling and molds in production. You will perform maintenance, assemble molds, and lead technicians while adhering to safety protocols and changeover procedures.

The role requires experience in supervision, tool use, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Flexibility for longer hours and shifts is expected to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in some sort of production maintenance or assembly function.
• Two or more years in basic manufacturing maintenance.
• Prior experience in Supervision/Lead roles.
• Strong understanding on how to use tools.
• Must be able to occasionally lift heavy mold parts weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Dexterity to screw bolts and nuts.

Responsibilities

• Perform mold maintenance and inspections; repair or report damaged tooling.
• Assemble molds and prepare for production per instructions.
• Set up molds, purge water, actuate machine functions, and purge lines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organize mold components and storage.
• Lead MA Technicians; train and supervise shifts; review inspections.
• Assist with tooling changes and changeovers; communicate issues.
• Support production pace and report safety/hygiene concerns.
