Job summary

Prospect Mold is seeking a Mold Maker/Assembler to build and assemble tools to exact specifications and ensure on-time delivery. You will review tool models and BOMs, assemble and install hydraulic and water lines, and polish components while maintaining safety and organization in the workspace.

Work with supervision to meet throughput goals, participate in bench tasks, and operate grinders as required. Strong teamwork, motivation, and attention to detail are essential in this hands-on

Qualifications

• Experience assembling tools to spec and to BOMs.
• Ability to install and plumb hydraulic and water lines.
• Strong safety, organization and accuracy in bench work.

Responsibilities

• Review bench line up daily.
• Review tool models and BOMs as required.
• Inform management of anticipated conflicts for future operations.
• Perform all phases of assembly and disassembly of tools.
• Install and plumb water and hydraulic lines and systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
