Job summary

Your Talent Team is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales for our mobile industrial hardware stores in the Tacoma, WA area. You will prospect, develop customers, and operate a fully stocked mobile store to deliver on-site solutions across multiple sectors.

The role requires residency in the territory, the ability to purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle, and a clean driving history. You will need independence, strong goal attainment history, and solid skills in data management and

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route/industrial sales, preferred.
Tenure stability: no job hopping; ideally max 3 companies in 10 years.
Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills; proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business apps.
Ability to work independently and a proven history of goal attainment.

Responsibilities

Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers. Make face‑to‑face calls on cold and warm sales prospects.
Present Solutions: Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
Manage Operations: Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store. Submit complete and accurate daily business reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls.
Data Integrity: Continually maintain customer contact information—including notes, names, phone numbers, and addresses—using company software.
