Job summary

ImpactLife is seeking a results-oriented supervisor to oversee blood collection operations, donor care, and staff at a local drive or center. You will lead a team, manage schedules, and ensure high standards of safety and donor experience.

You may train away from home for up to two weeks at a time and work a varied schedule including days, evenings, and weekends. A valid driver's license and DOT certification are required.

Qualifications

• Previous lead, supervisory, or management experience.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Enjoy working with the public.
• Have a good, stable work history.
• Understand the importance of following standard operating procedures.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
• Be able to train away from home for up to two weeks at a time.
• Be able to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Possess a valid driver's license in the state in which you reside and be insurable by our insurance carrier.
• Hold or be able to obtain a DOT Medical Certification Physical card.
• Pre-employment background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee donation process from donor registration through phlebotomy.
• Supervise staff for the assigned blood drive or collection center.
• Drive fleet vehicles, including box trucks, when needed.
• Ensure operations run smoothly and donor care is provided.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and safety rules.
