Job summary

Vitalant in Rosemont, IL is seeking a Lead Mobile Phlebotomist to support the Donor Care Team. You\'ll lead phlebotomy processes, coach staff, and ensure safe, comfortable donor experiences across mobile drives and fixed centers.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver\'s license, CDL training, and the ability to travel. The schedule is a flexible 40-hour week with shifts from early morning to evening, and full benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Two years phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Active driver’s license with a clean record.
• Successful completion of supervisory training within six months.

Responsibilities

• Lead Donor Care Technicians and coordinate phlebotomy activities.
• Serve as primary on-site contact for blood drive coordinators.
• Coordinate the setup and breakdown of mobile donation equipment.
• Ensure donor comfort during phlebotomy.
