Job summary

MLabs is seeking a Lead Mobile Engineer to drive the user-facing mobile platform. You will design and build high-performance iOS and Android apps, refine cross-platform SDKs, and deliver secure, intuitive UX for fintech products. You will own features end-to-end, mentor teammates, and collaborate with product and design to iterate rapidly.

Remote-first role with optional office access. Strong emphasis on security, reliability, and clean architecture, with preference for Web3/onchain experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional mobile software engineering experience.
• Expert-level React Native with native iOS/Android knowledge.
• Experience with cross-platform development and SDKs.
• Experience shipping fintech or blockchain/onchain mobile apps.
• Strong UX focus and reliability.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design, architecture, and development of iOS and Android mobile applications
• Own product features through every stage of the software development lifecycle, from initial concept to launch and continuous iteration
• Refine SDKs and cross-platform frameworks to support smooth, scalable integrations
• Implement fintech-grade UX and bank-grade security protocols for mobile wallets
• Establish and enforce high engineering standards for performance, code quality, security, and mobile architecture
• Partner closely with product management and design teams to rapidly iterate and deliver user-centric features
• Maintain clear technical documentation, perform comprehensive code reviews, and mentor team members
