Job summary

MLabs Ltd seeks a Staff Frontend Engineer to own core mobile and web surfaces, driving frontend initiatives including new order types, asset integrations, and social features. The role emphasizes strong React expertise, autonomy, and collaboration within a fast-paced fintech/Web3 environment.

Work closely with a lean team, contributing across the stack when beneficial, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance user interfaces in a fast-moving, in-person setting at the client’s SoHo,

• Frontend mastery with React and modern ecosystems.
• Ability to design and deliver complex frontend initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and architect frontend development for mobile and web apps (Expo mobile, React web).
• Design, build, and deploy high-impact features (order types, asset integrations, social features).
• Collaborate with a lean engineering team to deliver scalable, secure UIs.
• Contribute across the stack including TypeScript backend services as needed.
• Translate product goals into technical plans and execute independently.
