This greenfield opportunity focuses on a modern mobile experience with iOS priority, combining hands-on development with architectural ownership.

You'll join a small team supported by an engineering manager and product manager, driving architecture reviews, performance improvements, and end-to-end delivery for

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional mobile development experience with 5+ years on React Native.
• Proficiency in Swift and native iOS development.
• Deep knowledge of iOS SDK, UIKit, SwiftUI, memory management, and concurrency.
• Experience designing scalable mobile architectures and reusable components.
• Experience leading architecture for large-scale mobile apps.
• Ability to balance React Native and native implementations.
• Expertise in App Store release management and mobile governance.
• Strong security, performance, and reliability focus.
• Experience with deep linking, push notifications, and background processing.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve architecture for React Native and iOS apps with long-term scalability and security.
• Lead implementation of complex mobile features and critical initiatives.
• Build reusable platform components and consistent styling systems.
• Improve performance, memory usage, and battery efficiency.
• Lead architecture reviews and set engineering standards.
• Drive testing strategy, mobile automation, and CI/CD improvements.
• Enhance monitoring and observability; resolve production issues.
• Collaborate with Product/Design/Backend/Platform/Security teams.
• Mentor engineers and document architectural decisions.
• Make pragmatic scope and technical decisions for timely delivery.
