Job summary

LINQ is hiring a Staff Mobile Software Engineer to own the flagship React Native mobile app (iOS + Android) and act as the company’s mobile engineering lead across native apps. You will set architecture, standards, and hands‑on leadership for contractor engineers, with a mobile‑first focus and cross‑stack collaboration.

You will mentor teams, influence the mobile roadmap, and participate in Agile ceremonies to continuously improve delivery and quality across the mobile ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software development experience, with substantial depth in mobile application development.
• Proven, production‑grade experience building and shipping React Native applications (iOS + Android) at scale.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript for cross‑platform mobile development.

Responsibilities

• Own production health for the mobile app: monitoring, crash triage, release quality, and app store standing.
• Set technical direction and standards for mobile development company‑wide, and mentor contractor engineers.
• Lead architectural decisions and ensure alignment with web and backend teams for end‑to‑end features.
