Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Columbus, OH seeks a Lead Software Engineer to advance secure, scalable AI solutions within the Cybersecurity Technology and Controls team.

You will deploy, monitor, and manage ML models in production, build robust CI/CD pipelines, and optimize cloud infrastructure using Docker and Kubernetes. Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to deliver reliable, secure software and drive innovation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of applied experience in cybersecurity/engineering concepts with ML Ops or related roles.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows.
• Advanced Python programming skills including Pandas, Numpy, Scikit-Learn.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to translate model requirements into production systems.
• Design and implement production deployment strategies for ML models.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, deployment, and updates of ML models.
• Manage infrastructure for ML workloads, including cloud services and containers.
• Implement monitoring and logging to track model performance and anomalies.
• Maintain version control for models and data, ensuring governance and security compliance.
• Develop high-quality production code and review others' code.
• Identify opportunities to reduce recurring issues and improve stability across applications.
• Lead communities of practice to promote new technologies.
