Job summary

Hilton Milwaukee’s Monarch Lounge is looking for a dedicated Mixologist/Lead Bartender to deliver exceptional Food and Beverage service in an upscale lounge environment. You will set up and stock the bar, greet guests, take orders, mix and garnish drinks using standard recipes, and assist with food service when needed.

Applicants should have at least two years of fine-dining bartending experience, hold a bartending certificate including TIPS certification, and be available for weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Two years of bartending or fine-dining bar experience.
• Must be available to work weekend nights.
• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits and beer; ability to recite vintages and regions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock the bar daily.
• Maintain stock and fresh garnishes.
• Greet guests, take orders, mix and garnish drinks.
• Serve food at the bar and assist with tables when needed.
• Understand menus and wine lists.
• Use POS and manage bar inventory.
• Handle cash transactions and guest checks.
• Perform cleaning to meet health standards.
• Adhere to liquor regulations.
• Assist security and act as server when needed.
